WeAssist was founded in 2020 after Tiffany Khoo experienced the healthcare staffing crisis from inside her father's hospital. The same thesis has been executed continuously for five years: build trust inside hospitals first, then expand outward.

A team of 10 — including 2 medical doctors and 5 with healthcare backgrounds — led by legal, technical, and clinical founders.
